LIFELINES FITNESS SUITE is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness stations, including bikes, joggers, rowers, steppers and resistance equipment.

Ladies recreation and circuit training sessions are held regularly in these spacious and comfortable surroundings.

LIFELINES HEALTH SUITE, which links the fitness area to the pool, features a sauna, cabin steam room and two sun beds. Aromatherapy, reflexology, chiropody, osteopathy and acupuncture are available in the treatment room.

The large SPORTS/EVENTS HALL provides a flexible area for aerobics, team sports, badminton, gymnastics and martial arts.

The BOWLS HALL offers excellent facilities. Four rinks and a private bar cater for winter league matches, block bookings and casual bookings for people of all ages and abilities.

'BULLRUSHES RESTAURANT' overlooks the leisure pool and can cater for 80 people, with a variety of drinks, light snacks and main meals. Group bookings and childrens' parties are always welcome and we offer a full range of menus for meetings, wedding receptions and social functions.

Our FUNCTION ROOM is totally private and seats 50 people theatre-style. With a full range of audio-visual equipment, this is the perfect choice for seminars and meetings. Adjoining the bar, with catering facilities available, it is also ideal for parties and social occasions.

The flexible EVENTS/SPORTS HALL can accommodate 400 people and is available for larger meetings, wedding receptions, concerts and exhibitions. The venue also plays host to antiques fairs, a bouncy castle for childrens' parties and a series of indoor sports tournaments.

TUMBLE TOWERS is an exciting adventure play area for children and toddlers aged 2-8yrs. Scramble up the spiders web, battle with the knights and slide safely into the ball pool in the soft play medieval castle. Open daily for casual use, TUMBLE TOWERS adds to the enjoyment of childrens' parties, holiday play schemes, crèche and tiny tots activities.
